Letters/one page documents - £2 each (additional copies 15p per page)
Copy typing - £5 per 1000 words (discount for students)
Transcription - £2 per recorded minute
Event Management
£18 per hour
(booking fees and deposits are charged at cost and levied as and when incurred)

Data Processing
Initial database/spreadsheet set up £35 (max 10 fields, 100 entries)
Subsequent updates and editing 25p per entry
Mailings
25p per letter includes folding, stuffing, sealing, stamping and posting (postage costed separately)
Presentations
Overhead transparencies - £1 - £2 per slide dependent on content plus acetate costs
Computer presentations - £1 - £2 per text slide
£3 - £4 per slide for graphics, tables, animation etc.
Speaker notes and handouts 15p per printed page
Travel Arrangements
£18 per hour
Meetings Service
